Head of Digital Claims Technology
I lead digital claims technology globally, with engineering teams across Greece, India, and Mexico building the platforms that show up on someone’s worst day and have to work. Collaborating with senior stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA, we modernized aging platforms, made incidents far rarer than they used to be, and put trained AI models to work deciding eligible claims end to end, all inside the controls a regulated industry demands.
Digital Claims Transformation Technical Lead
I built a global claims technology organization from zero, hiring across Greece, India, and Mexico and establishing Engineering, SRE, QA, and Process Engineering. Collaborating with senior stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA, I drove the digital transformation of global claims delivery: establishing the engineering and delivery processes, creating the platform and process documentation, and training the regional teams on new ways of working.
Senior Manager, Engineering Lead, Customer Experience & Commercial Enablement
During the pandemic I led engineering for regulated, patient-facing digital health products across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA markets: an AI wellness coach supporting seriously ill patients through treatment, and an affordability platform helping patients access their prescribed medicines. I also founded the company’s Mobile Development Community of Practice.
Senior Full Stack Engineer
I built customer servicing, payments, and compliance integrations for the insurance group, including Greece’s myDATA e-invoicing connection transmitting invoices directly to the tax authority.
Senior Software Engineer, Data & Reporting Analytics
I led the engineering behind data and reporting platforms for public-transport operators across Switzerland, Germany, and Luxembourg, turning data from trains, metros, buses, and roadside sensors into passenger counts, quality analytics, and dashboards.
Full Stack Engineer, Mobile & Web
My full jump into the software industry, at a digital agency in Thessaloniki. I shipped mobile apps for radio stations, news publishers, and hotels across iOS, Android, and Windows, alongside eCommerce platforms and a custom CMS that let clients update their apps without waiting on the app stores.
Founder & Owner
I ran my own businesses: a restaurant in the heart of the city, fast-food concepts I designed myself down to the names and the menus, even a summer beach canteen. I owned everything, from the kitchen and the floor to suppliers, licensing, and the books.
Metal Construction & Welding Engineer
My first engineering job: taking designs from paper to steel, fabricating structures from zero for the port of Thessaloniki and the ships it served. It was my first lesson in turning a design into something that holds.
